Terms and Conditions

LOYALTY PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Overview These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Geo Mar Designs Loyalty Program (“Program”). By joining or using the Program, participants (“Members”) agree to these Terms. Geo Mar Designs may update or modify these Terms at any time.

 

2. Eligibility • The Program is open to individuals aged 18 or older. • Businesses, organizations, or automated accounts are not eligible unless explicitly approved. • Membership is free and requires no purchase to join.

 

3. Enrollment • Members may enroll by [signing up online / providing an email / creating an account / making a qualifying purchase]. • Members are responsible for ensuring their contact information is accurate and up to date.

 

4. Earning Points or Rewards • Members earn points, credits, or rewards (“Rewards”) through qualifying actions such as: • Purchases • Referrals • Social engagement • Special promotions • The number of points earned per action is determined by Geo Mar Designs and may change at any time.

 

5. Reward Redemption • Rewards may be redeemed for eligible products, services, or discounts as listed in the Program materials. • Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, unless required by law. • Rewards may not be transferred, sold, or combined with other accounts.

 

6. Expiration & Inactivity • Points or Rewards may expire after 6 months of inactivity. • Geo Mar Designs may close inactive accounts after 12 months with or without notice.

 

7. Program Changes & Termination • Geo Mar Designs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time. • If the Program is terminated, unused Rewards may expire immediately unless otherwise stated.

 

8. Fraud & Misuse • Fraudulent activity, abuse, or violation of these Terms may result in: • Loss of Rewards • Account suspension or termination • Legal action if applicable • Examples include: creating multiple accounts, manipulating transactions, or misrepresenting identity.

 

9. Privacy • Member information is used to operate the Program and communicate updates. • Geo Mar Designs will not sell or share personal information except as described in its Privacy Policy.

 

10. Limitation of Liability • Geo Mar Designs is not responsible for: • Lost, stolen, or expired Rewards • Technical issues affecting enrollment or redemption • Errors in point calculation • Participation is at the Member’s own risk.

 

11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Texas, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
