1. Ordering and Customization

All orders are processed once payment is received.
For custom designs, customers must provide clear specifications (such as logos, text, sizes, and color preferences) via our online form or email. We will provide a digital proof for approval before production begins.

For in stock items production time is typically 1-3 business days. Production time for custom items typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on the complexity of the design and order volume.
Once the design is approved, no changes can be made to the order.
Any changes or additions after approval may be charged additional design fees.

2. Pricing

Prices for standard vinyl graphics are listed on the product pages. Custom designs and large orders may be subject to additional charges.
All prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of taxes, shipping, and any additional services.
A quote will be provided for custom work before proceeding with the design.

3. Payment

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.
Full payment is required at the time of order placement for both stock and custom items.
All payments are processed securely via our payment gateway.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer domestic and international shipping options.
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for faster delivery if available.
Customers are responsible for any duties or import taxes on international orders.
Shipping delays may occur due to high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances, and problems with carriers; customers will be notified if any delays affect their orders.
We are not responsible for any loss or delays incurred by shipping carriers.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or incorrect.
If your product arrives damaged or if there is an error in your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or a refund based on the situation.
We are not responsible for damages caused during installation. Please ensure the correct installation process is followed.

6. Product Care and Installation

Vinyl graphics are designed to be durable and long-lasting, but proper care and installation are essential. We recommend following installation instructions carefully to avoid damage.
If you need assistance with installation, we can point you to video tutorials or can recommend professional installers in your area.
Ensure the surface to which the vinyl will be applied is clean and smooth for optimal adhesion. DO NOT use Windex or other glass cleaner to clean the surface(s). Use only isopropyl alcohol, or mild soap and water. If using soap and water make sure to rinse and thoroughly dry the area before application.

7. Privacy and Security

We take your privacy seriously and will never share your personal information with third parties without your consent.
All transactions on our site are protected with SSL encryption to ensure secure payment processing.

Design Fees Policy

At Geo Mar Designs, we are dedicated to creating custom vinyl graphics that meet your exact needs. Our design fees reflect the time and expertise required to produce unique, high-quality artwork for your project. Please review our design fee policy below:

1. Standard Design Fee

For custom designs, a standard design fee of $45 applies. This fee covers the initial concept and one round of revisions.
The design fee is non-refundable and will be credited towards the final cost of the vinyl graphics if the order is placed.

2. Complex or Additional Design Requests

If your project requires more advanced design work (such as intricate logos, multi-layered graphics, or extensive revisions), additional design fees may apply.
The additional design fees will be quoted before work begins and are based on the complexity and time required to complete the design.

3. Revisions

The standard design fee includes one round of revisions. If you request more than one round of changes, additional revision fees may be charged at a rate of $20 per hour.
All revisions must be submitted in writing and clearly specify the desired changes.

4. Approval Process

A digital proof of the design will be sent to you for approval before we proceed with production. Once the design is approved, any further changes will be subject to additional fees.

5. Cancellation Policy

If you decide to cancel your order after the design work has begun, the design fee is non-refundable. Any work completed will be provided to you, but no further work will be done on the project.
