Yes, we offer multi-color options for our decals! Each additional color may incur a small extra fee. Here's how it works: for a 4" decal, if you'd like more than one color, simply add the 'Custom Colour' listing for each additional color (excluding the original color you’ve selected). For example, if you choose black as your base color and want pink and green as additional colors, you’d add the 'Custom Colour' option twice—once for pink and once for green. After adding your selections, please contact us with details on where you'd like each color to appear on your decal, and we'll take care of the rest!

You may request personalization of words, names or dates of up to 15 letters or numbers at no additional charge. Please Contact Us with the your idea and we will get back to you on choices of fonts. Any customization/personalization beyond 15 letters/numbers will have an additional fee of $0.25 (twenty five cents) per letter or number. To ensure the quality and precision of our designs, most of our decals start at a minimum size of 4" to prevent delicate details from being lost during cutting or application. However, we offer a wide variety of decals perfect for tabletop gamers, RC enthusiasts, and miniature models. If you need a smaller decal or have a specific size in mind, feel free to contact us—we'd be happy to accommodate your needs whenever possible!

Please NOTE all sizes of decals are measured by the decals LONGEST OR WIDEST side... for example: if it's a rectangle and it says it's 4", it will be measured 4" by it's LONGEST side, which means it may be 4" long, but only 1" tall.

These decals are outline or kiss-cut designs. Please note that for decals with open spaces (like the one shown with the striped background), the areas without colour do not have any vinyl, allowing the surface underneath to show through. This means darker decals may not be suitable for dark windows or backgrounds, as they won't be visible. Similarly, light-colored decals won't stand out on light-colored surfaces

Shipping fees will be displayed at check out and are dependent on the size/weight of your order. Fees are automatically calculated by USPS. We do offer refunds for shipping overages. All orders come with a tracking number unless otherwise specified. You will receive that tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for carriers to update their tracking information.

Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment (excluding holidays). Last order date to receive in time for Christmas is December 15th. Shipping time: We ship via USPS Ground Advantage, however other more expedited shipping methods may be available depending on your location. Domestic orders shipping via USPS Ground Advantage typically arrive within 5-7 business days (excluding holidays), International orders typically take between 7-21 days (excluding U.S. holidays).

If the damaged was caused by the carrier we will help you file a claim for the damaged item, or may at our discretion offer a store credit or replacement of the item. We must be notified within 5 days of receipt of the item (according to carrier tracking information), and must be accompanied with appropriate photographs of the item AND the packaging. For items found to be defective, again we must be notified within 5 days of receipt of the item according to carrier tracking information, and appropriate photographs of the defect provided. We are not responsible for any loss or damage of items due to user error.

In the unlikely event that your order is lost during transit, please contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. We will assist you in filing a claim for the lost item. We may, at our discretion, provide a store credit or replacement of the item.

Due to the nature of our items, most items are considered CUSTOM MADE, and not eligible for return or exchange, unless for manufacturer defect or error. If there is a manufacturer defect or error, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order, according to carrier tracking information, and we will either replace or refund the cost of the item. Applying a vinyl decal is a pretty straightforward process if you follow the right steps. Here’s a guide to help you: What you’ll need: Vinyl decal Squeegee or credit card / store loyalty card (to smooth out bubbles) Ruler or measuring tape (optional for positioning) Clean lint free cloth Rubbing alcohol (optional) Steps to Apply the Vinyl Decal: Clean the Surface Start by cleaning the surface where you'll be applying the decal. Use rubbing alcohol or a mild cleaner to remove any dirt, dust, or grease. This ensures the decal sticks well. Prepare the Decal If your decal has application tape (the clear tape or paper masking tape type covering the design), make sure it’s securely attached to the vinyl. If it doesn't, you may need to apply some transfer tape over the design. Position the Decal Measure and mark the area where you want to place the decal. This will help with alignment, especially if the decal is large or complex. Peel Back the Paper Backing Carefully peel away the paper backing (the thicker, non-translucent paper) from the back of the vinyl decal. Be gentle, so you don't accidentally pull the design off with it. The decal should stay stuck to the application tape. Place the Decal on the Surface Make a U or taco shape with the sticky side facing the application surface, and gently position the decal over the desired spot, and lightly place it down from the center of the U/taco shape outward toward the edges. Smooth It Down Use a squeegee or credit card to gently press down the decal from the center outwards. This will help remove air bubbles and ensure it sticks properly. Go slowly to avoid any wrinkles. Remove the Application Tape Once the decal is smoothly applied, carefully peel off the application tape. Start from one corner and pull it back at a 45-degree angle. If the decal starts to lift with the tape, gently press it back down and try again. Finishing Touches Check for any remaining bubbles or wrinkles. You can use a pin to pop any stubborn bubbles, then smooth them out with the squeegee. And that's it! Your vinyl decal should now be applied and look great. If you find any spots that need touching up, just repeat the smoothing steps.
